Mention that you are writing or filming and we will route the conversation to the right person. We respond within 24 hours on most days. For longer interviews or scheduled shoots, allow a few days lead time so we can book the right bartender to be on shift.

Are journalists welcome to visit the bars?
Yes. Walk in any open evening; mention the publication when you arrive and we will look after you. For scheduled tastings, photo shoots, or interviews with the head bartender, WhatsApp a few days in advance so we can plan around prep and service. We do not charge a hosting fee, but we also do not comp drinks beyond a tasting flight relevant to the story; this keeps coverage honest on both sides.
