If you are new to cocktails and want to learn, come on a Tuesday at 16:00. You will get a more educational evening than at any "intro to cocktails" class.

If you want the easiest parking

Best: any weekday before 19:30. Street parking is plentiful, free after 18:00, no walking required.

Tight: Friday and Saturday after 20:00. Parking is still findable but expect to walk a block.

Best: Friday or Saturday, arrive 19:30, leave 01:00. Both bars close at 01:00 those nights. Arriving at 19:30 gives you 5.5 hours of operating time. The bar's energy peaks between 21:00 and 23:30; the final 90 minutes are softer and more conversational.

Plan B: Wednesday or Thursday, arrive 18:00, leave 00:00. Six hours. Quieter throughout. Better for slow drinkers.

If you want to come straight after work
