What we mean by after party

Anything that follows a main event and wants a smaller, warmer, later room:

  • Wedding after party. Post-dinner, post-reception. The couple and the people who are not ready to go home. A signature drink named for the couple, lighter at first, then settling into the long pours.
  • Event or gala after party. The close of a corporate dinner, an awards night, a conference. The room where the real conversation happens once the programme ends.
  • Birthday or milestone after party. The dinner was somewhere else; the drinks are here.
  • Launch or screening after party. A quieter, more curated end than a club, with a drink tied to the work.

Dissolved Solids, Damansara Kim runs until 01:00 on Friday and Saturday, until 00:00 Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, and is closed Monday.

Soluble Solids, SS2 runs until 01:00 Wednesday to Sunday.

What an after party buyout includes

  • Exclusive use of the room for the agreed late window. No walk-ins during your window.
  • The full cocktail programme plus any custom or signature drinks briefed ahead.
  • Dedicated bartender(s) scaled to the group.
  • Music programming tuned to the after-party arc: settling, not building to a club peak.
  • Bar snacks, or a catered spread arranged through a partner kitchen for an additional charge. Outside food and cake are welcome.
  • A non-alcoholic version of every cocktail, included by default, for guests who are driving back to KL late.

A minimum spend, not a flat fee. Guest drinks count toward it.

  • Weeknight (Tue to Thu), 15 to 30 guests: RM 3,500 to RM 6,000 minimum spend.
  • Friday or Saturday, 25 to 40 guests: RM 6,500 to RM 9,500 minimum spend.
  • Partial-section booking for 12 to 20 guests: smaller minimum, ask for a quote.

These rates run roughly 20 to 30% below an equivalent KL hotel-bar after party for the same group, and the Grab back into the city is short.
